Host Cities Ready to Welcome the World
From New York to Mexico City, the 16 host cities have completed preparations for the historic tournament.
All 16 host cities across the United States, Canada, and Mexico have confirmed their readiness for World Cup 2026. Years of infrastructure preparation, stadium upgrades, and logistical planning culminate in a tournament spanning an entire continent.
The United States hosts the majority of matches across 11 cities: New York/New Jersey (MetLife Stadium - the final), Los Angeles (SoFi Stadium), Dallas (AT&T Stadium), Atlanta (Mercedes-Benz Stadium), Houston (NRG Stadium), Miami (Hard Rock Stadium), San Francisco (Levi's Stadium), Seattle (Lumen Field), Philadelphia (Lincoln Financial Field), Kansas City (Arrowhead Stadium), and Boston (Gillette Stadium).
Mexico brings the passion of three host cities: Mexico City (Estadio Azteca - the opening match), Guadalajara (Estadio Akron), and Monterrey (Estadio BBVA). Canada contributes two venues: Toronto (BMO Field) and Vancouver (BC Place).
The scale of this World Cup — the first hosted by three nations — is unprecedented. FIFA estimates over 5 million fans will attend matches, with millions more participating in fan festivals across the continent.
